As a successful member of our team, you will : Express your creativity and contribute fresh ideas to client projects Display design capabilities, in addition to being able to build out a website Exhibit exceptional quality control and produce predictable outcomes Work as part of a cooperative team to meet goals and objectives together You must have a design degree or equivalent work experience, possess a solid understanding of search engine optimization and best practices for online marketing. You will need to be familiar with WordPress and Google web tools - the ability to work on non-Wordpress sites is a benefit. Agency experience is preferred. KWSM operates on a 9 / 80 work schedule. This means we have every other Friday off, allowing us to get more accomplished in fewer days and enjoy three-day weekends every other week. We work a hybrid schedule – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
