Job Title: Sanitation Worker - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker on the 2nd shift, where you will play a vital role in overseeing various operations including Alpma machines, brine systems, filling forms, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate specific machinery in the production line.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and production procedures.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and quality control.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of sanitation experience.
• 1+ year of general production experience.
• Proficiency in machine operation and general production tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) experience.

Work Environment

The work environment includes 2nd shift hours from 2pm to 10:30pm. The facility is clean, smells pleasantly like French fries, and is temperature controlled without refrigeration. Initial training will occur during the first week from 6am to 2:30pm. The role requires working 40 hours a week with optional overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Muskego, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
