Job Description & RequirementsNeeding Counselor III.\nMust have FL license in counseling or social work.\nProvide intervention, assessments, treatment planning, triage and individual/group counseling.\nInitiate and provide family counseling services.\nProvide clinical services to all patients on caseload and assist when needed with other patients as assigned by clinical manager.\nProvides clinical supervision to assigned interns.\nParticipate in weekly treatment team meeting and program staff meetings.\nEnsure that all documentation necessary meet contract, licensure, accreditation and standards for services in a timely manner following the AAC’s documentation policy guidelines.\nCommunicate efficiently with other departments to ensure the best care for patient.\nProvide clinical services to outpatient and inpatient adult population.\nUnderstand and abide by State Department standards, facility accreditation, AAC’s policy and procedures.\nDemonstate dependability and adaptability.\nMaintains confidentiality of patient and company information.\nAbide by the standards of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2.\nAssists in monitoring and managing patient community as a therapeutic milieu.\nIntervenes in crisis to deescalates situation and resolves crises, using events as entries into therapeutic processes for patient.\nDiagnose substance use disorder and/or other co-occurring psychiatric disorders within scope of practice.\n\n\nMedical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees.\n \n401K Plan.\n \n"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc.\n \n$300 - $1000 referral bonus.
