Job Description An employer in the Huntsville, AL area is seeking a Secret Software Test Automation Engineer to join their team as a direct hire employee. Their responsibilities include the following: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks. Collaborate with software developers and other stakeholders to understand software requirements and specifications. Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and ensure software quality. Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test strategies. Perform regression testing and ensure continuous integration and delivery. Document test procedures, results, and software defects. They will be working on a team and be expected to collaborate and work closely with stakeholders. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer Bachelors Degree Python experience Experience/Exposure to Test Automated GUI driven tools Eggplant specifically Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira, Confluence, Crucible, Bitbucket, Subversion, Bamboo, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Fortify, or Coverity Active Secret Clearance Recent and strong experience in Eggplant Test Automation tool Experienced leader in an Agile/Scrum environment Security+ certified null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
