Our client, a leading player in the food industry, is seeking a Sanitation Operator to join their team. As a Sanitation Operator, you will be part of the sanitation department supporting a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Sanitation Operator

Location: Owatonna, MN

Pay Range: $19 per hour

What's the Job?

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.
• Report all pest activity to Lead Operators and management.
• Evaluate critical areas that need cleaning attention.
• Assist all departments with any emergency cleaning needs.
• Ensure daily sanitation requirements are maintained.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Sanitation experience is preferred in a food environment setting.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be able to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data.
• Must be able to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of body motion.
