The Opportunity
Lead the launch and growth of our Marin operation with independence while supported by our established systems. You'll build TreePro into a recognized presence in Marin's tree care industry, managing both business development and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through networking and relationship building while managing daily operations
  • Perform tree assessments and create proposals that convert to profitable jobs
  • Manage crew operations, including staffing, training, and safety protocols
  • Oversee equipment, inventory, and job quality
  • Build and maintain P&L responsibility with focus on growth and profitability
  • Serve as the face of TreePro in the Marin community
  • Balance field operations with sales activities
  • Monitor job costs, crew efficiency, and business performance metrics
  • Take full ownership of the location's success from sales to execution
Required Qualifications
  • ISA Certification as an Arborist
  • 3+ years of experience in tree care sales with proven results
  • Experience managing tree service operations
  • Strong understanding of tree risk assessment and mitigation
  • Knowledge of local tree species and industry standards
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Proficiency with digital tools for estimating and customer management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Marin County area
  • Connections in property management, construction, or landscaping sectors
  • Additional certifications (TRAQ, CTSP)
  • Experience in new market development
  • Background in building and scaling service teams
  • History of successful community engagement
