**Job Title: Production Operator (2nd Shift)** **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Operator in our dry department, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This position involves loading 50lb sacks, preparing shipments, assisting in the Filler Department, and packing and wrapping pallets for delivery. **Responsibilities** + Fill in the dry department. + Load 50lb sacks. + Prepare shipments for delivery. + Assist in the Filler Department. + Pack sacks of flour onto pallets. + Prepare pallets for delivery. + Wrap pallets securely. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout the day. + Experience in manufacturing or production environments. + Proficiency in general labor and stocking tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Background in general production and packaging. + Skills in inspection and filler operations. **Why Work Here?** This is a long-term opportunity in a stable and supportive work environment, offering the chance to grow and develop your skills in the manufacturing industry. **Work Environment** You will work in a clean and organized commercial bakery environment, ensuring a safe and pleasant setting for all employees. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Compton, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $20.20/hr.
