Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute meal break)
Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours/week
Schedule: May include weekdays and weekends (Sunday–Saturday rotation)
We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract opportunity at a skilled nursing facility in Starkville, MS . This is an ideal role for a PT who is committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitative care in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine functional status and treatment needs.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, occupational therapy, and medical providers.
Accurately document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and care plans.
Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Mississippi .
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program .
CPR Certification (preferred).
Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
