Requirements:

- Must hold NYS Occupational Therapy (OT) or NY Physical Therapy (PT) license
- Reliable attendance is vital
- Punctuality & professionalism are essential qualities
- Own means of transportation preferred

We welcome candidates with experience in occupational/physical therapy; however recent graduates will also be considered based on expertise shown during interview process.

Compensation:
