About Us

Endiprev is an international reference in the provision of specialized services, project commissioning, preventive maintenance, as well as corrective and major corrective measures, involving onshore and offshore wind energy equipment. We work all over the world in close partnership with the main manufacturers of wind turbines (OEM).

Role

We are seeking two Offshore Storekeepers to work on the vessel to support our operations on the Vineyard Wind Project. This role will play a key part in ensuring the success of the project through providing administrative support to the technicians working on the vessel and acting as a liaison with the Project Managers located in our home office. This role will work closely with the client and must represent Endiprev with professionalism.

Location

You will live and work on an offshore vessel in the middle of the ocean off the coast of Massachusetts.

Schedule

This is an hourly position with overtime, you will work in rotations of three (3) weeks on with three (3) weeks off, 12 hours per day.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, Word, and Outlook

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in administrative or project support roles preferred
  • Ability to manage a range of organizational and communication tasks to support the broader office team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Coordination: Support daily office operations including scheduling, data entry, file organization, and communication flow.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update spreadsheets using Excel and/or Smartsheet, including tracking project timelines, tracking tools, and deliverables, etc..
  • Communication: Draft professional emails, reports, and internal documentation. Act as a liaison between departments or external contacts as needed.
  • Task & Workflow Tracking: Help keep projects on schedule by managing task lists, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in optimizing administrative workflows to enhance office efficiency.

Compensation

  • Hourly rate plus a daily per diem of $50 (fifty dollars)
  • Daily offshore stipend of $60 (sixty dollars) while you are working on the vessel, not when working on land at the Port.
