Marketing Team Leader Location Mechanicsburg, PA :

Weed Man , Central, PA's Local Lawn Care Company is looking for a Marketing Team Leader to join our team. As a sales and marketing professional, you will be responsible to help recruit, train, coach, and motivate a marketing team of lead generators. Qualified individuals will have the skills and ability to manage their team. Your strong leadership skills will ensure your success in meeting personal and company goals and objectives. Weed Man is looking for individuals who meet the following:

• High School Diploma (or GED)
• Valid Driver's License
• Professional Appearance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• Previous sales or industry experience is an asset but is not required
• Must be available Monday-Thursday 1pm-8pm and Saturday 9am -1pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
