Main Qualifications
· Minimum of three years of experience within Commercial Real Estate
· Team player with strong organizational and computer skills and the ability to work independently.
· Experience in all facets of commercial litigation, including pleading stage, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals.
· Working knowledge of e-discovery platforms as well as e-filing requirements in both state and federal court.
