Position: Junior Associate Sales Representative : The ideal candidate will have an interest in orthopedics sales and customer support. They should be willing to start from the bottom and work their way up through time and experience supporting an industry-leading sales team. This is an entry-level 1099 position with health, vision, and dental benefits. *** Candidate must currently reside in Northern Virginia or be from the area and plan to return/live in the area by July 1st, 2025. *** Resumes Reviewed: May 26th - May 30th, 2025. What You Will Do The Junior Sales Associate will support Sales Representatives in the area to learn about the medical device industry and Extremities business, then contribute to the growth of that business in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include supporting sales calls, marketing, promotion, building sets, and managing inventory. Perform field calls for the account(s) and territory. Support the Sales Reps and organization in meeting and exceeding business targets (quotas). Serve as the primary backup contact for Sales Reps. Gain a basic understanding of regulatory compliance and adhere to guidelines. Assist in resolving problems or questions in accounts. Support inventory management and building of inventory levels and sets to meet customer needs. Maintain compliance and responsibility principles (AdvaMed), safeguarding privacy and organizational assets. What You Need Strong multitasking skills, ability to read and sell to any audience, drive to succeed, quick learner of medical and technical info, relationship-building skills, strong work ethic and competitive nature . Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to drive. Additional Requirements: Must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of flu vaccination before start date.
