Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. There is also a tool assistance program to help you pay for the tools you need!

Pay: Up to $20.00/hr. DOE.

Work Hours: 40 hours a week, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm with a 1/2-hour lunch; 4 10-hour days Some evenings and weekends required as needed. Required to be On-Call at times.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions from supervisor and carry out in timely manner
• Report problems with company tools or equipment promptly
• Work well with customers, co-workers, and other subcontractors
• Always maintain a profession appearance and attitude
• Clean truck and job site
• Operate a company vehicle as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• 1+ year of experienced, preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to use equipment and tools safely
• Willingness to invest time into training and seminar classes
• Basic safety knowledge
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds
• Possess both written and verbal English skills
