**Financial Analyst**

**Location:** New York, NY, USA (Remote work available due to current COVID-19 situation, with future plans to return to our office at 140 Broadway, NY, NY)

**Duration:** Full-Time Employment

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our financial strategy and supporting key business decisions. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining financial models, preparing business case analyses, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and drive value creation.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain driver-based financial models for capital investments, lease renewals, transit bids, and acquisitions.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of business case documents to seek approval for capital investments or economic decisions related to billboard builds, lease renewals, asset purchases, or transit bids.
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue, reduce costs, and create value.
- Analyze historical revenue and expense trends to understand the profitability of investments.
- Support the development of presentations for internal management, investor relations, and the Board of Directors.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial statements.
- Proven analytical skills with experience in building and maintaining financial models.
- Proficiency in manipulating large datasets using Excel and other database tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel (including macros, PivotTables, and VLOOKUPs).
