Job Description

About the Role:
Mo Construction is seeking a highly experienced, reliable, and proactive Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple job sites daily. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with 10+ years of hands-on construction experience , capable of managing crews, reading plans, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations on multiple construction sites
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades
Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents
Ensure all work complies with codes, safety regulations, and project scope
Track daily site progress and report updates to project manager
Solve problems on-site quickly and efficiently
Perform quality control checks and final walkthroughs
Communicate clearly with clients, workers, and management
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of construction field experience (commercial and/or residential)
Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and procedures
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Own tools and smartphone/tablet preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Employment Type:
1099 Independent Contractor
Full-Time (Must be available Monday–Friday, and occasional weekends)
