Position Overview: Associate Attorney
A prestigious national insurance coverage law firm located in Temecula, California, is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney with over 3 years of expertise in handling complex insurance claims litigation, analyzing and drafting intricate insurance policy language, and/or delivering insightful insurance coverage opinions.
Qualifications
- Education & Licensing: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar, in good standing.
- Litigation Expertise: Proven experience in State or Federal court litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and engaging in motion practice.
